高盐环境、喀斯特环境微生物的多样性和生态功能;微生物资源挖掘,包括碳酸钙沉积菌的利用,利用噬菌体防治蓝藻和鱼病等;高原湖泊中病毒的多样性和生态功能;水稻微生物组及微生物菌剂开发。
